PTA
This is Where It Happens!
The Armatage Parent Teacher Association (PTA) works to build community and strengthen the connections between caregivers, teachers and students through events, activities, and projects. The PTA promotes an inclusive and welcoming environment for all families and all are welcome to attend meetings and volunteer. You may also join PTA officially to become a voting member.
Together, we can:
- Encourage connections between families and faculty
- Engage our community
- Advocate for students and families
- Stay current with updates from Principal Searl and School Leaders
- Plan entertaining and equitable events for the entire school
- Fundraise as needed
- Share ideas and concerns in a safe and cooperative environment
With your help, we will continue to:
Support Students and Staff: through grants, classroom purchases, appreciation lunches and dinners.
Build Community: creating an inclusive culture where all students and caregivers feel welcome to participate in events - from Tears & Cheers after first day of Kindergarten drop off to 5th Grade Graduation... and everything in between!
Remove Financial Barriers: covering expenses for things like yearbooks, monthly social events, field trip busses, t-shirts for incoming students, lawn signs, and spending money for the Bookfair.
